Pro Bono Policy
At rights: applied, Oliver believes that the chances of successful accountability solutions should not depend on a partners’ finances. It is therefore an important part of the rights: applied ethos to continue to dedicate resources to pro bono (free of charge) cases.
Unfortunately, Oliver is unable to take on all the pro bono cases he is offered and can only select a few cases every year to work on. Criteria for selecting these cases includes: the prospective partners’ financial situation, the ability for rights: applied to make an impactful contribution and the potential time required to do a case justice.
If you feel your case should be considered please get in contact via rights.applied@protonmail.com
