International Human Rights

Oliver has a truly global human rights practice. At rights: applied Oliver aims to use his over 15 years’s experience advising and litigating a wide array of human rights cases, to work with partners to assess litigation options, provide a clear understanding of the benefits and downsides of potential avenues and then draft and submit cases. Oliver always aim to integrate the concept of multi-track accountability when litigating human rights cases, aiming to propose other potential avenues of accountability that complement or reinforce a partner’s stated outcome.
