Pro Bono Policy

At rights: applied we believe that successful accountability solutions should not depend on a partners’ finances. It is therefore an important part of the rights: applied ethos to continue to dedicate resources to pro bono (free of charge) cases.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take on all the pro bono cases we are offered and can only select a few cases every year to work on. Criteria for selecting these cases includes: the prospective partners’ financial situation, the ability for rights: applied to make an impactful contribution and the potential time required to do a case justice.
